User's Desktop comes with icons for the Folders he may access. (There is unique Folder for every entity such as ship, company, trader, voyage etc.)

From his Desktop a user can access any information, with a few keystrokes.

User's tray lists his pending workflow tasks (such as Approve requisition, Place order etc.)

When opening a pending task, the Case Folder pops up with every piece of information or document related to the Case.

Less effort

The ARGO ERP users only have to deal with the core of their tasks, released from activities such as collecting data and interacting with other affected tasks.

Single point of entry

For every event, there is only one point of entry. ARGO ERP is a system of related processes, where information spreads all over and automatically triggers and feeds the affected processes.
